Special Signal Fire Association (Providence Canteen)

After we re-organized in 2012, we did our homework, and the folks from the Special Signal Fire Association in Providence, RI taught us everything and gave us their lessons learned and warned us about what pitfalls to avoid. Thanks to their lessons, we were able to immediately provide services that we originally thought may have been beyond our reach.
